Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change and adjustments are necessary. To ensure effective service delivery and optimal use of resources, we have established the following cancellation policy: Cancellations 24 Hours or More Before the Scheduled Session: If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will result in the forfeiture of your deposit (50% of the total fee), which serves as a non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations Less Than 24 Hours Before the Scheduled Session: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will require payment of the full session fee. This fee compensates for the time reserved and resources allocated in anticipation of the session. No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your scheduled session without notifying us in advance, you will be required to pay the full amount of the session fee. This policy is in place to ensure that our business can continue to offer high-quality services to all clients. Rescheduling: Should you need to reschedule your session, we are happy to accommodate changes made more than 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. The new session must be within three months of the original date, or the deposit will be forfeited. Weather or Other Uncontrollable Circumstances: In the case of severe weather or other circumstances beyond our control that necessitate the cancellation of a scheduled session, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost. The decision to cancel due to weather conditions is at the discretion of the photography company.
